I have mixed feelings about this band - some good stuff in there, a lot of mediocre nonsense. Watching a tivo'ed SNL right now and they're the musical guest. My question: what the fuck is with all the jumping around, intense head bobbing, and general inability to stand still and, like, play music? Chill out, flea. You're 45 or thereabouts. If you don't want to wear a shirt, that's fine with me, but the hyperactive ADD act is unbecoming on a man of your age.
Posted by mike at May 8, 2006 12:18 AMThe Chili Peppers have sucked for about 95% of their existence. They have a handful of very good songs, but I'm constantly confused as to their immense popularity. One more strike against the masses, in my opinion.
