Did I hear that right?

I'm watching The Daily Show and Stewart is interviewing George Packer, author of The Assassin's Gate. Packer, in talking about his belief that the future memoirs of Bush Administration figures will reveal more internal dissent than a lot of us now realize, just said something like "it will remain to be seen whether or not honesty about history is enough, or whether the architects of this war will have to explain themselves before some other sort of tribunal." (a paraphrase - I am totally fucking up that quote but I think I've got the spirit.)

Is Packer talking about a war crimes tribunal? Is someone, finally, talking about war crimes tribunals? Don't look so skeptical.

I can't say that I would be totally shocked if it came to that. I might even end up actually having more respect for the world.
