Apparently, this guy is upset with the German justice system
While the U.S. detains terrorists until they are no longer considered a threat, Germany gives them lawyers, subject them to trials, and releases them based upon insufficient evidence. And when all is said and done, the German courts blame the U.S. for not providing the information necessary to convict them.
Wow! A lawyer AND a trial! The nerve of those Germans! And when there's "insufficient evidence" they don't get to keep him in jail anyway? Outrageous.
This is how the far-right wants to run the country. No lawyers, no trials, no representation. Just the say so of the executive and/or military. Fascist to the core.
