Your vote is needed!

These stories are so fucking stupid, no extensive comment is necessary.

Number 1: "She asked for it!"

ALBANY, N.Y. -- A village judge has resigned after being accused of saying most women ask to get "smacked around" and that domestic violence cases are a waste of the court's time.

The best part is that this yahoo doesn't even have a law degree and yet he is some sort of judge. Way to go New York state.

Number 2: Staples now an arm of Homeland Security

About a week before Christmas, Olearcek said the couple's 10-year-old son, who has flight simulation software and is keenly interested in learning to fly like his parents, commented that he'd have to wait until his dad retired to learn to fly by instruments. She went to Staples soon after and took her son to the office supply store, where he looked through the available software.

"He was disappointed because there was military stuff, but it was all fighting stuff, so I asked the clerk, and he was alarmed by us asking how to fly airplanes and said that was against the law," Olearcek said. "I said I couldn't imagine that, but, because (the clerk) was a little on edge ... I left." But "what saves us, is people are paying attention," she said.

So what happened next? The stapels employee called the police. Called the police because a customer asked a question about a product that THE STORE SELLS AND STILL FUCKING SELLS!

And by the way, the woman in this story is also a numbskull with her, "Well, you know we all need to be aware..." Fuck that. Terrorism is NOT FUCKING NEW, SO EVERYBODY CHILL THE FUCK OUT.

Number 3) Fox's fair and balanced coverage of Howard Dean

Go look at the picture. Now wouldn't it have been better if they just tinted his face red and drew in some cartoon steam coming out of his ears? And why not a Nazi flag in the background for...I don't know, those Nazi guys were pretty angry. Now tell me with a straight face that Fox News is a real news channel.

Pathetic.

Entertaining story with that judge. Apparently he would have defended his bitch-smacking endorsement but "It's very expensive to defend charges such as this, to go up against an institution such as this." Substitute [America] for [this] at your lesiure.

That FoxNews Dean shot is of awful quality, which is what you get taking a picture from a TV screen. Irrespective of whether it's cnn or foxnews, any coverage of Dean makes him look bad. He doesn't impress me at all.

I like Kerry, and Lieberman is good too.
